How do I place an order?
You can shop directly from our website for made-to-order pieces across all our collections, including Label Prem Anand and Resort by Prem Anand. For custom bridal, groomswear, or special occasionwear, head to our Custom Design page to apply.
I have trouble shopping online because of sizing — will your pieces actually fit me?
We hear you — and we've built Label Prem Anand to make online sizing easier and more inclusive. We're deeply committed to fit, comfort, and flexibility across all body types. Here's how we make that happen:
- Inclusive sizing from XXS to 9XL
- Petite and tall options available
- Mix-and-match sizing — choose different sizes for tops and bottoms where applicable
- Elastic or adjustable waistbands with ~4 inches of give for most bottoms
- Stitch allowances in tops — side seams can be opened for ~2 extra inches if needed
- Custom measurements accepted at no extra charge
- A detailed Size Chart and Measurement Guidance Page to help you measure confidently at home

Payments & Currency
Why are prices in USD if you're an Indian brand?
We're proudly made in India, but our primary customer base is in the United States. To keep pricing simple and consistent, all our prices are listed in USD.
I'm shopping from India. Can I pay in INR?
At checkout, your Indian card will automatically convert the total to INR using the current exchange rate.
Note:Your bank may charge a small foreign transaction fee (typically ₹50–₹100), depending on your provider.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — we use Razorpay International, one of India's most secure and trusted payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and fully PCI-compliant.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India and the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All our pieces are made-to-order, and lead times vary by design. The estimated delivery time is listed on each product page.

How long do custom designs take?
For custom bridal and occasionwear, timelines depend on the complexity of the outfit and your event date. You'll receive an accurate timeline during your design consultation.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
- India & US: Most orders won't incur additional charges.
- Other countries (if accepted): You may be responsible for local import duties or taxes.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
