Made for You, Not for Masses

Because each piece is tailored specifically for you once your order is placed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This applies to both standard sizes and custom measurements.

We rely on you to review our detailed Size chart on each product and use our Measurement Guidance to choose your correct fit. If you're unsure, we encourage you to go the custom route and measure accurately it's all built into the product page for your convenience.

In Case of a Manufacturing Defect

We take immense pride in our quality control, but in the rare event your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@labelpremanand.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:

• A clear unboxing video showing the defect
• Photos of the issue
• Your order number and a brief explanation

We'll assess the situation and, if eligible, we may offer a replacement or repair. Please note that return shipping for approved defects may need to be covered by the customer on a case-by-case basis, as we are a small business operating across borders.

• Handcrafted by local artisans who begin work only after your order is confirmed
• Created with zero inventory waste, to support both sustainability and fair artisan wages
