From our inclusive sizing (XXS–6X) to split sizing and custom measurements, each garment is produced only after your order is placed—allowing us to prioritize precision, reduce waste, and honor the craftsmanship behind every piece.

Made for You

Because each order is individually made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This applies to both standard sizes and custom measurements.

We encourage you to carefully review our size chart and measurement guidance before placing your order. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend opting for custom measurements for the most accurate fit.

In the Rare Case of an Issue

While every piece undergoes quality checks, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@labelpremanand.com with:

• A clear unboxing video
• Photos of the issue
• Your order number and a brief explanation

All cases are reviewed individually. If your claim is approved, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a repair or replacement.

Please note that return shipping (if required) is to be covered by the customer.
