Each garment is produced only after your order is placed—allowing us to prioritize precision, reduce waste, and honor the craftsmanship behind every piece.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

🇮🇳 Within India

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders
  • Orders are dispatched from our Hyderabad workshop
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location

🇺🇸🇨🇦 United States & Canada

  • Free shipping on orders above $300 USD
  • Orders below $300 incur a flat shipping fee of $14.99 USD
  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on region and carrier

🌍 Other International Destinations

For countries outside India, the US, and Canada, please contact us at hello@labelpremanand.com before placing your order.

We will confirm:

  • Shipping availability to your location
  • Applicable shipping costs (based on weight and destination)
  • Estimated delivery timeline

 

Production Timeline

All pieces are made-to-order.

Standard production time is 4–12 weeks, depending on the design and level of craftsmanship involved.
For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the timeline mentioned on each product page.

If you require a rush order, you may contact us prior to placing your order. Expedited timelines are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours.

This allows you to track your shipment through the carrier until delivery.

 

Shipping Responsibility & Issues

We ensure that every order is securely packaged before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@labelpremanand.com with:

  • A clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the package and product
  • Your order number and a brief explanation

All cases are reviewed individually. If approved, we will work with you toward a suitable resolution.

Please note:

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, shipping timelines and handling are outside our direct control
  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, but will assist in resolving issues where possible

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • Not included in our pricing
  • The responsibility of the customer

We do not have control over these charges or the customs clearance process.

While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays may occur due to:
